MY GUT HEALING STORY 

 

I spent YEARS & YEARS in an all out WAR with my body.

 

I was stuck in the back & forth cycle of under-eating & restrictive behaviors paired with the 'you deserve these treats’,  binging phases. My body was putting on uncontrollable weight, 30 pounds to be exact, & I was in constant physical discomfort.

 

My head was filled with food anxiety & food fearhormones were all over the place & I could barely keep by eyes open when 2 pm hit. I was eating healthy! - or at least that’s what I thought, but I couldn’t lose any weight or kick the daily bloat.

Q: Will I be tired during this detox?

A: You may experience some detox symptoms that have you feeling sluggish on day 1, but I walk you through step-by-step on how to reduce unwanted symptoms caused by detoxing. After the first few days you will feel renewed and energized. 

 

Q: Will I be hungry?

A: The recipes are designed for you to feel satisfied & nourished while detoxing the body naturally. If there's ever a time you feel hungry, there are always options for you to snack on! This detox is NOT about deprivation.

 

Q: Can I eat meat?

A: YES! This program is designed for you to find what works for YOU specifically. It's not about fitting into a mold or restriction.
